About Rochelle:

Rochelle is President of Venture Opportunities and has over 20 years’ experience helping clients build their business and sell for maximum value.  Rochelle has worked with businesses of all sizes, but her specialty is helping owners of companies with annual revenues up to $50M build and sell their business.

Selling a business is most likely the largest financial transaction of anyone’s life.  Rochelle has gained a reputation for having diverse industry knowledge and building strong client trust relationships.  Her clients experience high level personal service and a smooth selling process.

Rochelle holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management information systems from Kansas State University.  She is also a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.

Rochelle, her husband and three children live in Dallas.  In their spare time, they enjoy traveling to their favorite Colorado vacation spot, as well as any trips to beach locations.  Rochelle is an avid reader and cherishes weekend family time.

Designations and Affiliations

Merger and Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) designation through M&A Source.  The Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI)is the only experienced-based designation available for seasoned intermediary professionals. The M&AMI certification requires both educational credits and the successful completion of multiple middle-market transactions. Because recertification is required every three years, this means M&AMI professionals are not only deeply experienced in transactions, but also keep to date on all industry trends.

Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation through the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). The IBBA is the world’s largest international organization of experienced, dedicated business brokerage intermediaries representing the middle market. The CBI designation is awarded to intermediaries who have proven professional excellence through verified transaction experience, education, and peer review.

Certified Value Builder Advisor (CVBA) designation through the Value Builder System.

Board Certified Broker (BCB) through the Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB).  BCB is the professional designation bestowed by TABB on members who complete a list of core education courses covering the basic aspects of business brokerage, pass a professional examination developed and administered by the association, reach a particular level of experience in the broker profession, maintain a high level of ethical standards based on the TABB Code of Ethics, meet annual re-certification requirements that include continuing education.
