Anne Barr, Franchise Specialist

Anne Barr has been a professional business broker in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market since 1981. Anne has been in sales for 26 years and holds a Texas Real Estate License.

Anne specializes in franchise sales. She works with over 225 new franchises coming into Texas and surrounding states. In addition to singles and multi-unit operations, Anne works with a number of Area Developer and Master Franchise opportunities.

Anne has sold numerous established franchises. She also assists people in franchising their business/concept at a reduced fee over the larger companies providing this service.

Anne has owned and operated three (3) businesses and is highly qualified and experienced in the marketing of small to mid-sized companies, and has assisted in the sale of over 370 businesses. In 1992, Anne served as President of the Dallas Business Association. She was also on the Board of Directors of DBA for two (2) years. Ms.Barr is a graduate of the University of Tennessee Dental School in Memphis with an associate degree in Dental Hygiene. She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Arkansas.

Anne holds the designation of Certified Business Intermediary from the International Business Brokers Association, Board Certified Broker from the Texas Association of Business Brokers and Certified Franchise Executive from the International Franchise Association.
